Fridays Check
I went in for another check today and measurements ranged from 9mm-17 mm with most being 14-15mm is size. There are still the same amount of follicles as last time and things are looking good!

Todays Check
I noticed today when I woke up that my stomach felt odd. Things are really growing in there- as I have an uncomfortable sensation (and no...its not gas) in my right side.
At the exam this morning there were 13 follicles on one side and 13 on the other- so I guess some decided to give me a break and throw in the towel. The measurements are anywhere from 9mm-11mm so I am right on track...
Later today I received a call to let me know it was time to decrease my stims. So I was allowed to skip my Follistim and just take my Lupron. Tomorrow I only have to take one Repornex (as opposed to two) , and then a little more Follistim.
My next check up is on Friday!

Where I am at
I have decided to start this blog as a way of documenting the egg donation process, for readers and for myself so that I may compare future cycles.
Last Friday I went in for my suppression check, during that time they counted 13 follicles on my left side and 22+ on my right. Because of these numbers I was asked to return a little early so that they could monitor my progress and possibly adjust my stim dosage. I am currently on Lupron (was at 10, now at 5), Repronex (2), Follistim, Dex tabs, and then a asprin and vitamin mix.
That Saturday I started stims- and of course the Repronex gave me welts- that stuff burns I tell ya!
I returned on Monday as planned and my count was still 13 on the left and 20 on the right, each follicle measured around 5-7mm. They took blood and called me back to have me continue my current dosage of all meds.
My next appointment is tomorrow (Wednesday), and I am wondering what they will say. I feel a bit uncomfortable on my left side (not much-just a twinge actually) so I wonder what the follicles will measure at. By my calculations they should be 9-11mm, but who knows they could have only grown 7-9mm.
So far retrieval is scheduled for the 10th....I'm taking bets it is on the 9th :o)
